Think of hypnotherapy as meditation with a goal. Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis to bring you into a relaxed state where you can work toward the goals that are most important to you. It also allows you to bring your conscious and subconscious mind into alignment to achieve accelerated success where there has been failure before.
The majority of our clients enjoy achieving their goals much quicker and easier than by just using other forms of therapy. With that being said, I am happy to work as a team with other therapists as an adjunct to other healing modalities.
