Gabriella Shamooelian is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with a Bachelors of Science in Biopsychology. She is passionate about all elements of health and wellness, namely nutrition, gut health, reducing endocrine disrupters and toxic chemicals, and achieving balance and joy. Prompted by her own personal gut health issues, Gabriella began researching and learning how to live a healthier lifestyle. While practicing on the basis of bio individuality which honors that each persons plate will look different, she maintains the basics of optimal nutrition by focusing on real whole foods and eliminating processed and packaged ones. She has developed quick swaps and helpful tips to make healthy eating easier and fun. Gabriella also emphasizes that the food on our plate is secondary to our “primary food.” Primary food entails our movement, relationships, sleep, spirituality, career/school and related stress, and self care. Gabriella considers a person and their health holistically; she is a strong asset in attaining one’s personal health goals, including more energy, better digestion, less fatigue, improved skin, weight loss, and more. Gabriella’s friendly demeanor, individualized plans, and accountability help clients achieve their happiest and healthiest versions of themselves.

Additionally, Gabriella has a strong academic scientific background as well as 9 years of healthcare experience in hospitals and clinics. She is multifaceted having lived in India and Israel during her public health experiences, her achievements surrounding her hormone research, her projects in the food insecurity realm, and her additional projects.

Gabriella can be found in the kitchen or a grocery store coming up with new recipes, on a walk with her husband, or learning new languages.
